I want to provide you with an example of some numbers based on avg clinics we’ve worked with. If your goal is to work with 120 new customers within one year (average of 10/month). At our clients current close rate of 35%, you’ll need to generate approximately 30 high quality leads per month, meaning that they reach the bottom of the funnel and become a patient. If we lower that rate to an industry avg of 20% we’ll need to pull in 50 high quality leads per month.
We recommend you plan on spending about $1000 per month on ad spend to provide optimal results, However we generated 60 leads that converted into 20 new patients in only 30 days on a ad spend of only $600 for our local stem cell clinic. Please see our case study below.

We’ll provide a written marketing plan that takes stock of your current position, and then lays out the specific strategies and activities that we’ll do to help your company reach your lead generation goals.
CREATE BUYER PERSONAS (MONTH 1)
For inbound marketing to be truly effective you have to know who you are talking to. We’ll take what you already know, and bring some new insights, then combine them into several buyer personas. Buyer personas are fictitious people who represent an ideal client for your company. We’ll explore what makes them unique, and then craft all content around them. However, the great this is we’ve been marketing to your ideal client already with our other stem cell clinics. So we’ve already got a good base to work with.
LEAD FUNNEL BUILDS (MONTH 1)
It’s critical to make sure the funnel that generates the leads is optimal. We’ve been in the industry a long time and we know what converts and what doesn’t. We split test our funnels and will build your funnel using all the latest techniques to produce high converting leads.
COMPILE 2 OFFERS FOR INITIAL LAUNCH (MONTH 1)
We’ll take existing services that you have and create two offers, one that will serve as a Top of Funnel offer (typically your easiest sale or a small service we can offer for free as we coupon), and the other as a Upsell to push these leads to schedule immediately. This will allow us to begin collecting leads immediately, while we work on new offers in the future months.
CREATE OFFER CALENDAR (MONTH 1)
In order to keep offers & leads flowing smoothly, we’ll create a collaborative offer calendar that will keep us all on the same page. Typically we’ll keep one type of offer going for 2-3 months, than we’ll switch it up to get new fresh leads and to prevent any ad fatigue.
BUILD FACEBOOK ADS AND AUTOMATED PROCESSES (MONTH 1)
We will be building multiple Facebook ads and all automated processes to allow the full funnel process to work optimally. This includes sending you the lead info to an email, text message, and Google spreadsheet all automatically and immediate.
BUILD AUTO-RESPONDER EMAIL SEQUENCE (MONTH 1)
We’ll be building 3 – 5 emails that get sent out automatically over the next 48 hours of receiving info that provides value to your lead and refers them back to your main service to get them to schedule a consultation.
Utah Stem Cells came to us looking to increase the amount of patients they were getting into their clinic. They also were using many other marketing methods like newspaper/magazine ads, radio ads, and their own online marketing efforts which were all only bringing in minimal results.
We provided them a full lead generation service to help produce their requested results.
